1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the GCOG website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, register as a partner, or use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that all information you provide, including your age, is accurate and truthful. GCOG reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this requirement.
3. Our Services
GCOG provides relocation and lifestyle assistance services for individuals moving to or living in Georgia, including but not limited to housing search, airport transfers, local orientation, and ongoing concierge support, as described on our Pricing page.
4. Payments
Payments for our packages are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request or purchasing a package. GCOG is not responsible for delays or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
GCOG acts as a facilitator and coordinator between clients and third-party service providers (landlords, transport providers, banks, etc.). We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or quality of services provided by these third parties.
7. Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by package and service. Please contact us directly to discuss cancellation of a specific request or package.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with Georgian law.
